Customer Service Representative

Reputable supplier and logistics company in search of an experienced customer service rep to join their team!

This person will play an integral role in the daily operations of the company.


- Serve as the primary contact for customer questions

- Maintaining order tracking spreadsheets and helping to plan and control the flow of goods and materials through the company

- Work with customers to resolve discrepancies

- Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams


- Must have experience using a MRP/SAP or ERP system

- Experience with data entry

- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
