Associates will take the washed parts and if any parts need further cleaning they will utilize a soda/media blaster along with a shock blaster to remove any excess dirt or rust. The parts are then checked for cracks and areas of wear and loaded onto a cart prepping them for repairs. 
  This individual must be detail oriented along with having strong hand dexterity. Associates utilize various tools such as an orbital sander, bench grinder, welding torch, etc. They repair worn bolt holes, weld cracks, sand and grind parts to a smooth finish, and many other small part repairs to return them to new condition. Parts that are not salvageable must be ordered through the use of a computer. This individual must be detail oriented, computer literate, and have problem-solving skills along with preferred tag and stick welding experience.
