Overview of the Helpdesk Specialist role:



  • Upgrade end users from Windows 7 to Windows 10

  • troubleshooting as needed

  • provide customer service


Preferred Qualifications for the Helpdesk Specialist:



  • 2+ years' help desk experience

  • ability to work on site full time
