Summary: CRG recently launched a search for an Account Executive with a fast-growing VC-backed SaaS company in Charlotte, NC. Location: Charlotte, NC (2 days in the office | 3 days flex)

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base + commissions (OTE $120,000-$140,000)

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop sales opportunities across outbound and inbound leads
  • Generate substantial pipeline through a combination of cold calling and email campaigns
  • Create, define, and execute upon go-to-market strategies to close new business
  • Accurately manage pipeline and forecast sales activities to management
  • Manage the entire sales process across inbound and outbound leads to meet or exceed key metrics
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Quota
  • Attend industry conferences, webinars, and events to build relationships and meet with potential clients
  • Perform sales demonstrations to convey the value of the Company’s platform solution to prospective clients

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience in a quota carrying role
  • Experience managing complex sales cycle from inception to close
  • Track record of success overachieving quota in past positions
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry preferred
  • Experience utilizing CRM system, Salesforce preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team
  • Availability to travel 1-2 times per month
