Business Analyst - Microsoft


Job Description:

This position is responsible for understanding business processes, analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and performing development or configuration tasks utilizing MS Office 365 tools.
  • Provide ongoing system support and system administration tasks as required.
  • Responsible for intake and managing business partner requests, and ensuring issues are handled in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the discovery of functional and non-functional requirements and document
  • Provide business partners with innovative solutions and recommendations applying Pharmaceutical technologies where possible.
  • Define test plans and helps to draft test scenarios with business-focused end processes in mind.
  • Review testing issues and determine if the issue is a bug or behaving as expected
  • Write user acceptance (UAT) test scripts
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing
  • Ensure requirements cover the scope as defined in the SOW. Identify deviations from the SOW and communicate to project leadership in support of the change control process.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience is required
  • 3+ years of experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint is highly desirable
  • 2+ years of experience working within the software development lifecycle (waterfall or agile/scrum)

Preferred Skills
  • System Implementation experience is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changes in project priority and direction is highly desirable
