Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Sr. UX Designer for a direct placement position which can be worked 100% remotely. 

Position Summary:
This role will play a key role in helping maintain our design system and UX research system. If you have the mind of a project manager and the heart of a designer, this role is for you.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Help define, contribute, and maintain DesignOps processes and measures that support scalable solutions for design operations challenges so that product and UX can focus on designing and researching.
  • Develop standardized UX metrics as appropriate for repeated use and comparison over time for various projects across the broader team
  • Help define, contribute, and maintain user-centric design processes that include empathizing with our users, becoming the expert on the problem, coming up with feasible solutions, creating tangible prototypes, testing hypotheses, and measuring success through UX metrics analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product stakeholders, Sr. UX designers, UX Researchers, and engineers to implement our solutions across our platforms.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to build and maintain a comprehensive and consistent design system to include UI components, UI architecture, visual design, branding, and workflows for a suite of web-based applications.
  • Provide UX design artifacts, including user personas, user journey maps, IA diagrams, flow diagrams, low-fi wireframes, hi-fi mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in implementing UX Analytics into our design process and deliverables
  • Experience working in an Agile / Lean Product development process
  • Proficiency in frontend development. You won't be coding but will need to understand the functions and limitations of frontend development and UI development standards.
  • Data literacy (It's a big data product)
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset
  • Proven responsive web design experience
  • Demonstrable UI and visual design skills with a strong online portfolio
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Axure, Adobe CS, and other visual design tools
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (great to have)
  • 1-3 Years experience working in UX and product/tech fields
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
