Customer Service

Adecco is hiring immediately for this Customer Service position open at Iqor in Charlotte, NC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries about lost or damaged devices, process device upgrades, resolve customer issues, engage with customers to understand their technology, and promote protection/tech support solutions.   • Strong computer skills
