Leader in the Industrial Construction space that works on large projects all over the country. This role will be local to Indianapolis and will require no travel.

Client Details

Being a leader in the Construction space, my client is looking to add a talented Project Engineer to their ranks. My client specializes in large industrial projects. The career trajectory at this company is endless. Most who start as Project Engineers rise to become Project Managers and have been at the company for 10+ years. Therefore, the reason for the vacancy is a result of the sustained growth they have experienced over the last 6-12 months and need to bring on a Project Engineer that can run projects in the distant future. They have a strong backlog and looking to hire asap.


  • Ability to work industrial projects
  • Large project experience and understanding
  • Plan and formulate projects according to project requirements and standards
  • Assist in managing daily field activities leading to optimal progression of project
  • Face to face interaction with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work with a collaborative team
  • RFIs, submittals, and daily project tasks


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required
  • 1-5 years of construction experience
  • Previous experience managing large projects
  • Industrial experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Eager and driven to learn and advance their career
  • Passion for construction industry
