We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Clinical Recruiting Coordinator .  You will provide administrative, clerical and reporting support  to the Clinical Recruiting department.  You will also provide support for specific projects when requested.


  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Recruiting department overall.
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that may include, but are not limited to:
    • answering telephones; screening and referring calls;
    • maintaining a current listing of telephone numbers;
    • filing as needed;
    • sending complete overnight packages, and regular mail;
    • processing checks and invoices;
    • performing data entry tasks; and
    • completing operational requests and travel arrangements for providers.
  • Assist with job postings and social media alerts.
  • Provide assistance with provider paperwork as needed.
  • Assist with all marketing materials and events, such as collateral materials and trade shows.
  • Assist with data integrity associated with the applicant tracking system.
  • Work directly with all recruitment personnel to maintain weekly and monthly candidate activity and performance metrics.
  • May be responsible to maintain an overall reporting system to generate performance data, graphs, as well as physician and provider workforce data.
  • Collaborate with members of team as needed.
  • Work with Director and other members of management on presentations.
  • Facilitate any special department projects as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University highly preferred with 1 or more years of experience as detailed above; or equivalent combination of education and experience as detailed above.
  • Solid organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to follow up on open items in a timely manner and effectively prioritize work on a daily basis with minimal supervision.
  • Successful experience working in deadline driven environments.
  • Able to communicate and work well in a team environment.
  • Strong foundation in Microsoft Office with demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and internet savvy.
  • Familiarity with database systems would be preferable.
