Workforce Ops Assistant

2 open positions for an admin in a well known sportswear company, supporting the call center!


75% of time watching and tracking real time agent behavior

25% of time maintaining WFM reports, like employee attendance

Pre-Season Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F

In-Season Schedule: 7am-6pm Su/M/W/Th


• Monitor real time agent activity (Taking breaks on time, coming back on time, how long are calls and chats going)

• Provide clerical support to Workforce Analyst

• Perform other similar job-related duties as assigned

• Helping with employee schedules

• Assist with data entry and special projects as needed

• Answer incoming phone calls and route accordingly

• Greet employees

• Sort and distribute mail

Position 2

75% of time sending customers updates on their missing package investigations

25% of time watching and tracking real time agent behavior

Pre-Season Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F

In-Season Schedule: 8am-5pm Sun-Th

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Skills Needed:

• Scheduling experience preferred

• Good communication skills; verbal and written

• Multitasking

• Basic computer skills

• Basic/intermediate excel and power point 

• Attention to detail

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft products)

• Warm, friendly, and helpful personality
