Our expectations
There is a career opportunity available at our Rocky View X4 Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Afternoon Coach, the Shipping Team Member is responsible for ensuring load completion, wrapping pallets, and safely loading trailers for store deliveries. If you have a passion to exceed customer expectations, enjoy being physically active and working as part of the team - this is the role for you! This is a full time position on an afternoon shift Sunday - Thursday 3:45PM - 12:15AM

Your role
Safely load and secure customer goods on outbound trailers.
Transport / move loads to specified locations.
Drive and operate material handling equipment with fork and clamp attachment (stand up forklift).
Locate missing product for load completion.
Hand wrap pallets as required for loading.
Perform all other related tasks.
Act in accordance with all current RONA policies and procedures
Encourage and participate in teamwork and the buildings success through a positive attitude
Ensure accuracy and integrity of shipments
Complete and maintain all necessary paperwork or RF assignments in a Blue Yonder WMS
100% commitment to providing and upholding a safe work environment
Stacking product safely and securely to lesson the number of skids or clampable sections

The qualifications we are looking for
Stand up forklift experience an asset, willing to train
Responsible, meticulous and attentive to work.
Team player with a positive attitude
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Related experience and knowledge a definite priority
RF Gun experience an asset
Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
Time management and problem-solving skills
* Ability to perform job duties that involve stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products
