Customer Service Project Assistant

Position Title: Customer Experience Project Assistant

Location: Wyoming, MN or Medina, MN (Remote to Start)

Estimated start date: ASAP

Length of Assignment: 6 months

Scheduled hours: Mon-Fri - 8am-5pm (Flexible)

Top 3 Requirements

Experience within an engineering setting and familiar with customer service/customer support.

Excels at end user communication and gathering information with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Some knowledge of Polaris products a plus with ability to work autonomously

Some general understanding of Polaris vehicle components (engine, chassis, body, etc.) and how they generally operate.


Support and facilitate investigation case initiation and information gathering with dealers and customers. Act as a Polaris ambassador to customers, support engineering investigation teams with data collection during active investigations. Support other Polaris departments (OC, Tech Service, etc.) as needed.


Communicate with dealers or customers to gather information related to safety concerns

Work closely with PSS team members to track parts and/or vehicles to ensure safety related claims are being processed in a timely matter

Assist in investigation initiation protocol when incidents are identified

Effectively communicate with investigation team to coordinate investigation activities

Support electronic investigation records management

Recognize and communicate sensitive and urgent issues to leadership

Other projects and duties as assigned


Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree required

2-3 years previous technical or consumer service experience preferred

Systems expertise with CRM, and AS/400 applications

Strong organizational and communication skills required

Conflict management skills a plus

Ability to handle changing priorities and a fast-paced environment required
