Job Description:

    • Work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) helping customers migrate from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
    • Day-to-day customer engagement for migration enablement and issue/escalation management
    • Create playbook for how we integrate new capabilities and offerings with existing tools/process.
    • Drive collaboration amongst internal delivery teams and external partners
    • Stay connected with customers post-migration, ensuring high satisfaction, and driving workload adoption.
    • Funnel feedback to program team.
  • Business Group: FastTrack CXP (Product group) help their customers with various tasks after they purchase their subscription to Microsoft 365. It could be helping them set up their identities, strategy on how to adopt the services etc.
  • Purpose of this team: With a focus on migration. The Migration team within FastTrack, support their customers that opt in and leverage the migration services as part of their FastTrack benefit. The team will migrate data on behalf of the customer from various sources.
  • Reason for this request: New skilled in migrating customers from google, google drive, g mail- entire Google Workspace.
  • What your day will look like:

Initially dedicated to one customer could expand to 2-3.
30% planning, strategy, internal conversations
20% talking with customers, joining calls, escalation management.

50% investigating tools, building playbooks- there are other teams they can leverage for the work but would be expected to own process to end to end.

Opportunity for anyone to be able to deeply be integrated with how products and services are built at scale. You have an ability to influence product design, based off the learnings you will take away from these engagements. Have an opportunity to make decisions on tools and tech. Drive changes to the process, enhance efficiency. This person will also be able to interface with multiple levels of influence and ownership. Integrating with engineers to CTOs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Deep experience migrating from Google and onto MSFT stack- Gmail, outlook- collaboration.

Supporting customers deeply habituated in Google - and supporting with their transition and adoption.

    • Deep experience in migrating customers from Google Workspace to M365 using various tools.
    • 300-400 level technical expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft products; knowing use cases and feature comparisons.
    • Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams at all levels (technical, management, SLT)
    • Ability to be a self-starter and handle ambiguous tasks, driving clarity where needed, but also collaborates well with others.
    • Experience with Cloudiway migration software is preferred.
    • Engineering Degree (Experience over degrees and certifications).
