Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join a growing team. The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing the execution of HR processes, policies and programs including:

  • Responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention of employees
  • Support culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience
  • Evaluate current and future workforce needs using data analytics
  • Identify training and development opportunities and support the implementation of improvement plans through coaching and feedback
  • Provide input to and support total rewards, compensation, and benefit programs
  • Administer risk management of occupational and non-occupational injured worker process, workers' compensation and ADAAA compliance
  • Actively support and maintain health and safety program
  • Ensure HR systems maintain integrity and data accuracy

Location: Granite City, IL
Position type: Full Time, Direct Hire
Pay: $60,000/yr

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience industrial or warehouse environment.  Will also have HR experience overseeing multiple locations.
