Location: Newark, New Jersey 

Assignment: Temp to Hire


Possibility of multiple shifts available

Pay: $19.01 /HR PAID WEEKLY (Benefits after 60 DAYS!)



• Perform account additions, removals and updates to data Feed requests for Asset & Wealth Management clients.
• Respond to queries from internal business partners and/or perform research activities as appropriate.
• Respond to all queries regarding procedures for account maintenance, system limitations and capabilities.
• Assist with data integrity project updates.
• Perform verification for work processed by team members to identify/resolve data issues
• Perform quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and information being processed by team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and operational groups


Job Requirements:


Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers Advanced Microsoft Office skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems.
