JOB DETAILS

  • Location: Indianapolis, IN or Remote (may need to travel to the office for training or as business needs)

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets within an assigned territory made up of wholesale targets, travel agencies and other key distribution partners who offer Travel Insurance as part of their offering of services. This position has full accountability for achieving assigned growth targets and other key performance indicator targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets for assigned territory
  • Develop and grow a pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals.
  • Have a deep knowledge and understanding of the IMG product line and services and have the ability to utilize all tools to grow book of business.
  • Understand and position the strengths and vulnerabilities of each of International Medical Group, Inc. major competitors.
  • Create and deliver presentations to insurance producers, tour operators, travel agencies and other key stakeholders at industry functions, business meetings and other events
  • Interact and engage with multiple departments and leaders in the company to ensure high levels of service and support are provided, resulting in acceptable levels of producer and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of experience in a sales or in a relationship-building field
  • High performer with demonstrated results in achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Consultative sales skills and experience
  • Excellent communication verbal, written, and telephonic presence
  • Conscientious attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as needed - 20% of time
  • Ability to work within established sales performance metrics

PREFFERED SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in Business or relevant field
  • Experience working in the travel industry and/or insurance industry experience
  • Experience working with CRM tools to grow territory sales distribution opportunities
