Foodservice Sales Representative (Dallas, TX)

Reporting to the Foodservice - Team Lead, the Foodservice Sales Representative is responsible for selling King's Hawaiian products in the Foodservice Channel; including, local and regional restaurants, hotels, college & universities, business & industry, among others.

Job Requirements:

  • Running and Developing the Foodservice Business in a specified Territory
  • Executing business plans through fact-based selling techniques and outstanding communication techniques
  • Selling to Commercial and Non-Commercial segments
  • Preparing and executing annual sales plan for territory
  • Forecasting of sales for territory on existing and new products and promotions on a monthly basis in Trade Promotion Management System
  • Gaining distribution of products in Broadline Foodservice
  • Traveling within geographical territory to call on Distributors and Operators
  • Communicating / Training Distributor Sales Force on Product Features and Benefits
  • Partnering with Key Distributors to sell strategic opportunity accounts
  • Leading all aspects of and reporting back competitor activity and/or products
  • Leading and Executing Distributor Marketing Programs
  • Handling all territory Operator Agreements
  • Attending Regional and National Food Shows


  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with demonstration of being a standout colleague
  • Ability to strive in a very fast pace environment
  • Proven track record to seek and communicate across departments
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
  • Must have own car with current license, registration and insurance
  • Prefer someone located in the Dallas, TX area
