Dental Assistant

The Role

Looking for someone who will be a superstar on our team and is devoted to providing the best dental care possible to our patients!

This is a FT position assisting the doctors in providing quality efficient dental care to our wonderful patients. Most important, we are looking for an attentive, eager, curious, and punctual person who is ready to be a team player and takes initiative in our dental practice.


  • Welcome patients, Covid screening, prepare for treatment.
  • Chairside assisting: Properly prepared and skilled to support and assist the doctor or hygienists in efficient 4 handed care.
  • Provide post operative instructions.
  • Instrument management: setup, sterilization and support equipment maintenance.
  • Laboratory support and operatory maintenance.
  • Communicating with Patients courteously and professionally.
  • Schedule management for your provider to make for productive scheduling of return patients.
  • Cross Train to get the job done.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with miscellaneous responsibilities to ensure the office is running smooth and efficiently.


  • Comfortable talking with people on the phone and in person
  • Good command of the English language. Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Can keep calm and work effectively when we get busy and patients are stressed
  • Organized and pay attention to details to make sure everything is moving along smoothly
  • Internet and technology literate and able to learn new systems.
  • Proven experience as dental assistant, infection control and sterilization protocols.
  • DANB Radiology & ICE certified
