PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Associate Experience Network (AEN, previously Human Resources) is devoted to partnering with managers to achieve results by creating and delivering world-class experiences/solutions for all current and new associates of Rich Products. In this effort, we are taking an associate-centered approach to designing people processes, systems, and products that matter to our associates. To drive greater innovation and speed in the design of these solutions, an Agile team has been formed who operates using all Agile principles and methodologies and is tasked with managing a pipeline of projects that support our associate experience/solutions objectives.

The AEN Agile team is adding a new member. Specifically we are looking for someone who embraces Agile (experience with Agile methodology is ideal), is associate-focused, flexible, collaborative in delivering outcomes, able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, confident in accomplishing work along two week sprints, embraces the concepts of minimal viable product and continuous improvement, technically savvy to be able to solve for technical/digital product delivery, and creative in the marketing and communication of these solutions to associates.
