**The Opportunity**

As a value consultant at xactly corporation, you'll be responsible for helping our gtm resources and clients better understand, quantify, and articulate the business impact of xactly on their business processes and financial performance. This role will be focused (at least initially) on working very closely with our customer success and professional services teams to plan, measure, and track the realized value of the xactly platform for our top strategic customers as part of xactly transform, xactly's complimentary revenue transformation service. This is a great opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to help define and drive this capability and service.

Specific job duties and responsibilities include:

- lead success metric workshops with clients to identify kpis for improvement from the deployment and adoption of xactly solutions through xactly transform engagements
- work closely with existing customers to understand how xactly solutions have improved their operations and performance
- conduct quantitative analysis, roi modeling, and benchmarking
- collaborate with sales and customer account managers on strategic account planning and value assessments
- develop and deliver compelling business case presentations and value assessment workshops to senior business audiences
- collaborate within the xactly value engineering team on the continued evolution of customer value management tools, processes, and collateral

Xactly value engineering is a diverse team of revenue intelligence experts who deliver strategic advisory services to enterprise organizations through our market-leading offering, xactly transform. We are consultants, strategists, builders, and innovators charged with helping organizations future-proof their revenue operations and unlock long-term value from xactly solutions. We accelerate digital modernization by creating a strategy, building the business case for these initiatives, creating an execution roadmap, and assessing business value realization after solutions are deployed. You'll manage the value realization component of xactly transform, support the entire value management lifecycle at xactly, and play a critical role in growing and retaining our most strategic accounts.
