About the Role:

Our users inspire our product decisions. We prioritize and rely on their feedback, and build features to address their needs.

The User Success Manager role will be critical to keeping users at the forefront of our culture as we scale.

As users’ primary point of contact at Saturn, you’ll provide timely, enthusiastic support and leverage each touchpoint as an opportunity to build relationships.

### **Your Responsibilities:**

- Address user inquiries, provide feature education, and capture feedback via our Support desk channels
- Work closely with our high school Ambassadors and leverage crowdsourced information to maintain school data
- Become a product expert to effectively troubleshoot and escalate technical problems
- Communicate key user insights to inform product strategy
- Assist our Product Operations team in the development and maintenance of new features
