Warehouse Assembler


The main duty will be disassembling and cleaning returned parts. Will need to use hand tools to take them apart and decide if they are re-usable.

It Will be dirty and some heavy lifting in this area.

Basic Assembly job:

Review work orders for special instructions, quantities & part numbers. Pick components to be assembled.

Assemble, visually inspect, and package standard seals or sub-assemblies.

Remove small items and replace item which produces a close fit between parts.

Prepares assemblies as required by the job order.

Package and label assembled parts per work order.

Place the completed parts into inventory, as required.

Cycle count inventory for accuracy.
