Warehouse Associate

Our valued client located in Cranbury, NJ is a leading electrical distributor with a strong focus on employee satisfaction.  They are currently seeking experienced warehouse associates to join their growing team.  This role is a direct hire permanent opportunity, with a schedule of 2pm – 10:30pm, and a pay rate of $17/hr.  This role also includes mandatory overtime, and a full benefits package.


  • Identify, measure, and cut the correct wire for customers
  • Fill product orders ensuring accuracy of measurement and wire product selection
  • Operate the forklift as needed to complete project work
  • Maintaining the assigned work zone
  • Resolving discrepancies with appropriate departments
  • Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned
  • Assign and distribute work through a computer

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work Overtime as required (mandatory)
  • Must be dependable and team oriented
  • Wire product knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience with warehouse equipment, including forklift operation
  • Ability to multi-task while having exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
