Sous Chef

The Double Tree by Hilton is looking for a creative, experienced Sous Chef who has a passion for cooking and wants to be a part of a growing team. As one of Portland's largest event & banquet venues we host catered meals up to 400 people and large conventions for a variety of industries. Business is growing daily and we want YOU to be a part of our success.

We have also recently revealed Nourish - our exciting new concept restaurant - featuring local, farm to table ingredients.

The Sous Chef will take an active role in planning and executing banquet and event business. They will also partner with our Executive Chef in planning and managing daily procedures of the kitchen and related areas, as well as providing leadership and guidance to all food and beverage staff.
