We are looking for a Territory Manager to join the SDC Partner Network team reporting to the National Sales Manager, Partner Network who will perform the responsibilities listed below.


  • Cultivate and develop a designated sales territory by building long-term relationships with dental practices.
  • Establish strong relationships with Partner Network doctors and staff.
  • Thoroughly train office-level members of the Partner Network, based on company guidelines
  • Ensure that all training opportunities/gaps are addressed with a sense of urgency
  • Assess training and partner activation to ensure that continual improvements are made and that the training is being delivered effectively and is fully understood
  • Identify practice needs and formulate a plan to demonstrate SDC's value
  • Prospecting and developing dental accounts to achieve sales goals through outbound calls
  • Develop relationships over the phone and be able to overcome objections and show product value
  • Communicate company updates to partner offices and develop execution plans with seamless roll out
  • Develop on-going plans to drive engagement and continual/consistent case submissions from partner offices
  • Provide weekly recaps/updates to leader on progress, opportunities, challenges with partners and the program
  • Answer questions from partners, address and resolve their issues, and oversee partner case submissions for quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the larger Partner Network team to implement new initiatives with the goal of growing the partnership
  • Travel to facilitate partner onboarding, meetings, events and check-ins as needed
  • Keep information up to date in CRM application


  • Dental industry experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of equivalent business experience
  • Proven experience of delivering training programs with a strong customer focused approach preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service and experience skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), planning, and organization skills
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervisory direction
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
