KITCHEN MANAGER

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the full time position of Kitchen Manager. Person must be detail oriented, professional & understand all operations of the back of the house.

  • versed in elevated pub cuisine, with focus on fresh, consistent food.
  • ability to be a leader, take initiative on any issues with staff, food or operations.
  • ability to be creative with daily specials, adhere to menu specs & keep costs in check.
  • knowledge of coal fire ovens is a plus but not necessary.
