Shift Leader-Reports to Asst. Mgr and General Manager

  • Has demonstrated proficiency as a Team Leader.
  • Follows our CORE VALUES as stated in our Employee Handbook.
  • Can open/close the store in the absence of an Assistant Manager.
  • Understands and can complete all paperwork pertaining to the opening/close of the unit in a timely manner. Uses checklists as provided by the brand.
  • Is able to verify cash tills and make a deposit of the sums.
  • Attends weekly manager meetings.
  • Monthly bonus available paid quarterly.
