Line/Prep Cook

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparation and execution of all menu items, kitchen cleanliness and maintenance, and inventory. Prior experience preparing meats, vegetables and other food items with grill, range, fryer and combi oven required. Must be available to work weekends and evenings. SafeServe certification a plus. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience. Retention bonus offered after 30 days of employment.
