Web Program Manager

As the Web/UX Marketing Manager, at Xactly, you'll be responsible for the strategy and management of our corporate website, our main hub and lead driver, in order to maximize the full site experience and flow of information, while driving conversions. In this role, you'll develop the web strategy roadmap and execute in an agile environment to support marketing goals and objectives. In addition, you'll own and manage CRO development of on-site A/B experiments, QA, implementing tracking, and rolling out website improvements. Working in partnership with internal and external partners and agencies, your goal is to continually optimize the web experience supporting the full customer lifecycle. We partner across all marketing functions, including lead generation, product, and the sales organization to ensure our go-to-market strategy is supported through the right marketing campaigns and programs to drive top of funnel volume and support company growth. - Meet all relevant stakeholders within marketing, sales, lead generation, and product
- Work in partnership with demand gen and digital team to identify areas of opportunity/assessment of our web health
- Become agile certified


- Present website strategy and roadmap for FY22 and beyond
- Have performed first round of CRO experimentation


- Be fully integrated into the organization as the web subject matter expert
- Be supporting web as a key lead driver for growth
