Step right up! Noble Rot is seeking a friendly, energetic, mature, intuitive and organized Ringmaster aka Master of Ceremonies aka Guest Services Manager aka Front Door Boss to join our show.

Noble Rot is THE summer destination for 1000's of folks looking for good food, a killer view of our city and great service. After 19 years of showmanship, we are getting ready for our first post-Covid summer and we need help mastering our high wire acts.

The Ringmaster guides our guests through their dining experience by linking the various acts together in part of a seamless production called ‘An Evening Out’. Our Ringmaster is the host with the most and is an integral part of our show and involved in all elements of our acrobatics and animal taming.

 The Ringmaster 

-        Assists customers before, during & after their visit; giving & receiving key information on their visit 

-        Greeting and thanking guests with genuine appreciation

-        Creating the best dining experience, so that they always come back for the ‘best in show’ service 

-        Communicating to the other troupers any imperative info

-        Oversee the ambience, such as room temp, lighting, music and overall appearance

-        Assessing customer comments, inquiries and recommendations

-        Anticipating and addressing the customers’ needs and that all information provided to the guest is current and accurate

-        Ensuring the highest quality of standards are met for service, cleanliness, and profitability

-        Understanding and implementing new menus and promotions, assist with social media

-        Complete opening and closing duties 

-        Managing administrative operations: Mapping out every evening, answering phones, issuing gift certificates

Wage and benefits:

At least $18/hour plus tips, advancement available and encouraged

30+ hours a week (currently open Tuesday – Saturday)
