ERP ADMINISTRATOR

ERP Administrator Job Summary:

The ERP Administrator will be responsible in ensuring the reliable performance of Daniel Defense's Infor Visual Manufacturing and Global Financials Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems. Participates in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems and applications. Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. Additionally, ERP Administrator coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users. Recommends and implements new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback. Maintains individual and department goals and completes projects in a timely fashion. Must be able to participate in business meetings and help drive the strategic vision for all business applications.

ERP Administrator Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting Infor Visual Manufacturing and Global Financials is required.
  • Experience supporting and developing solutions for business applications in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Must have proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server writing queries and an understanding of how SQL works is required.
  • Four to six years of experience supporting corporate applications is required.
  • Experience with SSRS is preferred.
  • MS Windows, MS Server 2008 R2 or higher, SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher, Project Management skills
  • Strong, proven, relevant experience using SQL server in managing an ERP database
  • Ability to understand complex technical projects and translate them into simple business terms for training purposes
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Knowledge of basic Accounting and Manufacturing principles
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to participate and contribute in group initiatives that support company goals
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and work in accordance with our Permission to Play Values.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline or demonstrable equivalent work experience
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
