Operations Administrative Assistant

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the General Manager, carpenters, and customers with administrative functions.


Obtaining permits from municipalities

Scheduling and confirming job start dates with customers

Assisting with ordering materials using web portals and email

Build and maintain job folders

Payment processing and A/R management

Assist customers in showroom

Update customer projects in CRM

Schedule service calls

Manage office and order office supplies

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Graduate of high school or GED equivalent. Accounting certification or degree is preferred but not required.

- One (1) year relevant work experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job.

- Accuracy, initiative, time management, and multi-tasking skills are required.

- Must be able to operate computer equipment, Windows based applications, multi-function machines, postage meters, telephones and other small office tools

- Employee should be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
