HR Coordinator- Part Time

New and exciting things are happening and we're looking for a Part-Time HR Coordinator!


The HR Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role administers employee recruiting and onboarding plans and acts as liaison between employees and store management. The HR Coordinator makes sure that certain processes are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, backing up payroll, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Working understanding of human resources principles, practices and procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

Educations and/or Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least two years of human resource experience preferred.
