This role is a multi-dimensional role that will give you a large variety of exposure to a number of activities across the HR organization. The role is designed to accelerate and expand your learning while leaving the opportunity to get exposure to the areas of HR that are focused largely on the areas of Culture, Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity (CBID), Philanthropy, and Employment Branding.
As the CBID leader at Xactly Corporation, you'll learn from some of the best and brightest HR professionals in the SaaS space while continuing to shape the culture of a fast growing Fortune Top Place to Work.

A large portion of your time will be dedicated to leading ongoing efforts in CBID. A significant aspect of your time will also be aligned to supporting our recruitment branding efforts, analyzing CBID metrics, preparing executive-level presentations and proposing innovative ways to continuously improve and expand Xactly's CBID strategy.

Culture, Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity (CBID)

- Leverage your previous experience to research and advise on CBID strategies.
- Create and lead programs aimed to increase diversity of our workforce.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to highlight trends and measure the impact of our CBID strategy.
- Partner with senior business leaders to integrate CBID into business, employment and workplace practices
- Act as the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Subject Matter expert to the company, promoting the ERG value proposition to better connect with all employees.
- Coordinate with various CBID stakeholders to maintain a global diversity calendar.
- Manage the strategic outreach with diverse community organizations in partnership with Xactly.
- Facilitate CBID focused learning sessions, meetings, and discussions.
- Identify new resources and relationships to accelerate our CBID strategy.
- Support and guide the recruitment team to help create a brand that appeals to diverse applicants and eliminates bias.
- In collaboration with the HR Technology and Recruitment team, track and report on demographics, trends and statistics globally.
- Create and implement CBID communications, campaigns, and events.
- Review organizational policies and procedures, ensure all are inclusive.
- Be actively involved in, and facilitate, XactlyOne committee activities globally.
- Project manage the annual C.A.R.E Week events and activities.
