Lease Processing Agent

Acima Credit (Acima) based in Draper, Utah is a young and dynamic leasing company that provides consumers alternative financing options for life necessities that otherwise would not be available to them. We help by leasing items from tires/wheels to furniture and appliances. Position Functions

Lease Processing Agents provide outstanding customer service to our merchants and customers through phone, email, and chat. Agents main goal is to provide support to the customers and merchants during the various stages of the lease funding process.

  • Auditing applications to ensure accuracy
  • Merchant  and customer support through phone, email and chat during application process
  • Phone punctuality as 80% of the support provided is via phone
  • Documentation review, i.e. IDs, invoices, and lease agreements, for quality assurance
  • Communicate with the applicant's bank to confirm banking information when needed
  • Work directly with coach to provide continuous growth and development

 

Requirements

Experience Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service in a call center or office environment. Financial background is helpful.

Schedule and Hours

Full-time positions available now

Our department is open Monday - Saturday from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm and Sunday from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.

 

As the department must mirror our merchants' hours. You will be required to work a rotation of 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month. Our Agents have one scheduled day off during the week to provide work/life balance. 

 

Covid Update

To accommodate the Covid-19 regulations and safety precautions, some adjustments have been made to the hiring process. Interviews will be conducted over the phone. Training is two weeks long and will be in person. You are expected to work in the office as well and it is not guaranteed that you will be able to switch to a remote position so please come prepared to work in-office. Masks are required and social distancing enforced while you are in the office.
