Peraton Civil and Health Sector is seeking an experienced Principal Program Cost, Schedule, and Control Analyst to join our team of diverse professionals. The selected candidate will become a part of our Health and Public Safety Business Unit (BU)
The preferred locations for this position are McLean, Virginia, Rockville, Maryland, or Baltimore, Maryland, but the selected candidate may support the team as a full-time teleworker.
We are looking for someone with sound financial analysis skills and the ability to track and monitor the project sales, costs and profit, create budgets and forecasts, and work closely with the other PCAs. This portfolio consists of a high volume of projects to be managed concurrently. Responsibilities:
- Support project by providing timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis on portfolio of projects
- Create, track and monitor sales, costs, margin and funding on multiple commercial projects (Non DOD or Federal Govt)
- Run reports out of SAP, BW, MPM/Cobra and Excel
- Work with Program Managers, Billing, Contracts, Treasury and other departments to ensure program processes are being managed including customer invoicing, vendor invoicing and procurements
- Portfolio consists of multiple customers, ability to coordinate with others, multi task and work on process improvements is key while ensuring compliance to NG processes and NG Policy
- Will meet regularly with PCA team and Program Managers to present and discuss financial results and focus on
communication and overall project needs. This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4. This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

Basic Qualifications: Qualifications for a Level 3:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of finance, accounting, or
program control experience or high school diploma and 10 years.
- Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of finance, accounting, or
program control experience
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and VLookups
- Related experience in formulating process improvements and working on a high volume project that multiple steps in reporting process Qualifications for a Level 4: - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of finance, accounting, or
program control experience or high school diploma and 14 years.
- Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of finance, accounting, or
program control experience
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and VLookups
- Related experience in formulating process improvements and working on a high volume project that multiple steps in reporting process Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated analytical skills
- EAC experience
- SAP/Precision knowledge
- EV knowledge
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and be able to lead processes
