We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to be located in our Mansfield, TX Facility.

Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing projects that deliver services and solutions ranging in size and complexity. This includes, but is not limited to, upgrades, migrations and implementations related to infrastructure, enterprise applications and cloud solutions.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensure the goals and objectives of assigned projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, budget, and scope.
  2. Drive the requirements and scoping processes to ensure goals and objectives are clear, attainable, and understood by project stakeholders.
  3. Establish project roles and responsibilities across all functional areas and hold internal and external resources accountable.
  4. Communicate project status and escalate issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  5. Incorporate risk mitigation, quality assurance, and training into project schedule.
  6. Facilitate purposeful and efficient project meetings to ensure projects stay on track and risks are mitigated.
  7. Capture project information into designated project management tool.
  8. Develop project budgets in order to monitor and report expenses against budget.
  9. Facilitate the development of project and support documentation as required.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned within the nature and level of work.


Qualifications

Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and an minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing IT services and solutions to business users. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Travel is minimal, but may be necessary at times.

Experience managing projects utilizing an industry-standard framework. Proficient in MS Office suite of applications and MS Project (or other related software). Must have the ability to apply analytical thinking, deductive reasoning and problem solving techniques effectively. Must be able to work on projects independently and influence others to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with employees across all levels
within the company.

Travel is minimal, but may be necessary at times. (10%)
