Ensures established procedures and processes are being utilized correctly by personnel and that components are being manufactured to engineered specifications.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversees quality standards on all work procedures, processes and equipment
2. Trains and monitors personnel on established work procedures and safe usage of equipment
3. Identifies production problems and their root causes
4. Reports and documents changes to facilitate a safer workplace, improve quality, and make productivity improvements
5. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Skills Requirements

• Proven ability to use established weld procedures, tools and equipment
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education High School diplomaExperience Requirements

2 years related experience

Physical & Environmental Requirements Moderate physical demand; often lifting/moving average weight (25 to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs), and occasionally lifting heavy weight materials (up to 70 lbs)Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)Generally good working conditions.
