Part-Time Remote Intake Attorney

Mid-sized Charlotte area Personal Injury Law Firm seeks experienced personal injury attorney for part-time position evaluating potential claims and using legal judgment to determine if the case meets Firm criteria for representation. Partial remote option available.

Responsibilities:

• Review intake inquiries from potential clients to determine if the firm will accept the case.

• Serve as a point of contact for the resolution of client issues and complaints.

• Provide legal guidance to the firm's Case Management department as needed.

• Work with department supervisors to ensure that all clients or prospective clients receive world-class customer service.
