Position Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact between the North American business and global operations centers.

  • Be a subject matter expert on all of Nielsen Sports’ proprietary media analysis processes (Broadcast, Digital/Online, Print).

  • Prioritize workload for global operations centers.

  • Support client-facing and revenue-generating teams by providing guidance on project timelines and production costs.

  • Work collaboratively with client services in developing project specifications.

  • Communicate timelines to client service and data teams and ensure key project milestones are met.

  • Support the Director, Operations, and Production on ad hoc projects.

  • Provide support and back up to other key operational areas such as footage capture.

What we expect from you

  • 0 – 2 years’ experience in operations, traffic, or project management role within a marketing, advertising or research agency or similar.

  • Interest in the US sports business and sponsorship landscape.

  • Strong communication skills

  • High-level organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines, project management certifications/experience preferred.

  • Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Self-starter with excellent initiative, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
