The Headlines:  


In the role of Solutions Designer working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT team.  The person will build and/or run application solutions for an area of the business, keeping up on market trends and best practices to help identify opportunities of improvement. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, who can work as a great partner to the business.   


The Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and/or run service and solution processes, aiding in testing and implementation
  • Identifies, proposes and initiates software process improvement activities within your area of expertise
  • Contribute to decisions on product, tool and method selection, providing input on industry trends
  • Partners with third-party providers to ensure on time and successful development, delivery and operation of application services and solutions


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Food Technology.
  • You have 4 years of experience in a Process Industry, preferably Consumer Products focused on Supply Chain.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience designing and developing systems and solutions
  • Possesses technical experience in ERP systems such as, SAP APO and/or SAP APO PP-DS, JD Edwards, ECC-R3 or other ERP in supply planning systems. 
  • You have knowledge/deep understanding of Supply Planning/Production Planning concepts
  • Previous Supply Planning/Production Planning application and/or module-specific skills and experience
  • Possesses some knowledge of all types of information systems
  • Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PivotTable, VLookup, SQL queries, etc. 
  • You have knowledge/deep understanding of Demand Planning concepts is an advantage
  • You have knowledge/deep understanding of Infor AS/DP solution is an advantage
  • Has some knowledge of: several IT areas, including development and maintenance; change management; configuration management; reliability and safety methods; software process models and quality assurance (testing).
  • Demonstrates basic understanding of strategic issues, the systems development life-cycle, and typical problems associated with implementation of information systems
  • Excellent Communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent Training skills: effectively deliver training materials
  • Possesses experience of data cleansing is an advantage
