Pay Rate: $26.60

The Converting Lead position will be an individual whose primary role will be a “working lead” position.  This position will be responsible for assisting in the leadership and supervision of the corrugator or converting team.  

•    Ability to work in a supervisor capacity on an as-needed basis: Lead and support production staff; drive productivity, coordinate and update timekeeping and attendance; act as a liaison between production staff and management, ensure/promote quality and safety, manage waste during shift and department.
•    Highly functional Computer skills – (Microsoft Office-Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
•    Minimum 3-5 years manufacturing experience on Corrugator (specifically BHS brand) and/or Converting equipment.  
•    Existing knowledge of plant computer software (Kiwi, QMS, CWR, etc.)
•    Ability to take part in and provide valuable input during lead team and production meetings.
•    Team oriented and motivated
•    Flexible schedule – positively respond to shift changes at the last minute, aka, the flexibility to work on off-shifts when required.  
•    Will be required to work weekends
•    Positive attitude
•    Promotable, ready when/if a supervisor position becomes available in plant.
•    Safety focused, accountable, plant role model
•    Excellent attendance record
•    Expert converting and/or corrugator knowledge and related areas.
•    Responsible for managing good housekeeping practices 
•    Ability to read, write, and speak English 
•    Performing other duties as required by the Supervis
