The eCommerce Content Analyst will work closely with our Marketing team and our eCommerce team to ensure that all Trinchero Family Estates (TFE) products are fully integrated with our digital content syndicator and published to all internal & external customers, including distributors, retailers, and other digital platforms.  This cross functional role will part of the Commercial Strategy team and will work closely with our Marketing team.  This position will report into the Business Development Manager.

  • Work closely with our eCommerce team to ensure that all distributors, retailers, and other assigned digital platforms receive comprehensive, updated, first-rate product content from TFE. 
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to ensure our entire Trinchero Family Estates portfolio has been updated on our content syndicator portal and that all external customer needs are prioritized and communicated into marketing.
  • Work closely with content syndicator, distributor, and retailer personnel, as needed.
  • Learn the content vendor partner software and adopt/establish best practices to become TFE technical subject matter expert.
  • Manage, process, and initiate work for all incoming content requests.  Strategically prioritize workflow as directed by supervisor.
  • Oversee content projects from end-to-end, from initial request to final delivery. 
  • Understand and catalogue all unique merchant content requirements and ensure that all non-standard elements of merchant content requirements are obtained by engaging with the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Seek opportunities to optimize search function impact on digital platforms to enhance Trinchero product placement.
  • Implement cross-department processes and workflows to gain efficiency in content curation, creation, management, distribution.
  • Develop internal dashboard to track & prioritize all digital content update projects.  Update & share with TFE eCommerce team on a monthly basis.
  • Manage and maintain Monthly eCommerce Scorecard tracking external partner capabilities and reporting on Trinchero Family Estates’ digital shelf performance.
  • Perform annual audit of retailer digital databases, facilitating corrective action where necessary.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance as needed.

  • A Bachelor’s degree required, with strong academic or professional background in digital content management strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization and performance marketing best practices.
  • Ideal candidate will possess professional eCommerce experience within CPG industry with exposure to sales, marketing and/or content management.  Experience with content management and syndication software a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer literacy with high competence of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and use various software or web-based programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on key initiatives.   
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work individually or as a part of a team.


  • Office environment; may be required to work at any of TFE's locations during normal working conditions.
  • Extensive computer work, frequent phone calls, and potentially light travel.
