ENTRY LEVEL PAY RATE:  $14.86 per hour (+ Shift Differential for 2nd Shift) 


Key Competencies:

  • On-the-job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected.
  • Excellent teamwork, cooperation and problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to fully cross-train in other areas to enhance capabilities.
  • Accurately fill out and submit paperwork
  • Perform PM checks on forklifts.
  • Be willing to perform production tasks when needed.
  • Locate in process material.
  • Be able to keep up or maintain production lines.
  • Be able to read and understand load tally.
  • Unload trailers in a safe and timely manner.
  • Ability to do basic math calculations.
  • Minor computer skills preferred.
  • Other duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor.



  • Forklift Certified or Forklift Certified for IP.
  • H.S. Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must pass pre-employment operations testing
