The Headlines: 
In the role of a Manager, Supply Chain Digital Management working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain Digital & Performance Management team, supporting the development and implementation of data management and leveraging available system data and functionality not currently being utilized to its full potential in order to support the integrated supply chain team.

You will also be responsible for managing the supply plans created out of SAP, including all inputs/outputs to make the plan run successfully.


This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Digital & Performance Management and works closely with our breweries and the Supply Planning team.


The Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate, liaise and leverage system business partners and GBS to drive improvement and roadmap for future
•    Support the ongoing digital transformation agenda, pushing forward existing projects along the cycle from Ideation to Implementation
•    Create accurate supply plans including inputs/outputs/changes to volume, managing SAP/APO inputs and accuracy
•    Leads digital systems team with a focus on SAP
•    Works with customer service, demand planning, master data, finance, breweries and supply chain leaders to develop accurate supply plans.


The Other Qualifications:
•    7+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Sales, preferably in the CPG industry
•    You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Business, or related discipline
•    Excellent PC skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Outlook)
•    Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, Sales & consumer goods industries
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
•    You are serious about delivering results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering. 
•    You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
