Urban Real Estate Development & Planning Specialist

City of Ann Arbor seeks a Real Estate Development and Planning Specialist to conduct development and capital project work, including research, due diligence, and documentation for acquisitions, planning, and zoning. You will review ordinances, prepare analyses, and assist leadership and consultants as needed.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years in planning/real estate and strong analytical and communication skills.
