Exalto Consulting Limited is seeking a Business and Operations Support Engineer to work onsite in Bradford on a 12-hour shift pattern (4 days on, 4 days off) as part of a 24x7 IT operations team. You will provide 1st line support across hardware, software, connectivity, passwords, and Microsoft 365; log tickets; monitor events; escalate issues; and support business-critical systems in a busy environment.
