Job Description
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet organisational needs.
- Analyse complex workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align resource allocation with operational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce optimisation.
- Support the development of workforce forecasting models and tools.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in workforce planning.
- Prepare and present workforce planning reports to senior management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workforce planning function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Workforce Planning Lead should have:
- Proven experience in workforce planning or a related field within Human Resources.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret workforce data effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of workforce forecasting tools and methodologies.
- A detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
