Job Description

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet organisational needs.
  • Analyse complex workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align resource allocation with operational goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce optimisation.
  • Support the development of workforce forecasting models and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in workforce planning.
  • Prepare and present workforce planning reports to senior management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workforce planning function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Workforce Planning Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in workforce planning or a related field within Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret workforce data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Knowledge of workforce forecasting tools and methodologies.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
