Stryker Group is seeking a Senior Lead HRIS Analyst to own UKG Workforce Management for timekeeping and leave management across the organization. The role drives system stability, improvements, and roadmap delivery in partnership with HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Audit, IT, and stakeholders.
You will lead requirements, testing, and adoption of new UKG capabilities while ensuring alignment with enterprise HR technology strategy. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years HRIS experience are required.
