This company is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance network infrastructure across large-scale data centre environments. The role involves solving complex networking challenges, shaping network architecture, and working alongside world-class engineers to deliver resilient, low-latency infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimise large-scale data centre and HPC network environments.
• Build and support high-performance, low-latency infrastructure across global locations.
• Drive improvements around network scalability, performance, reliability, and capacity planning.
• Automate network operations through scripting and tooling improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex Layer 2/Layer 3 networking issues in highly distributed environments.
• Develop technical documentation and contribute to engineering standards.
• Mentor and support junior engineers while influencing future network strategy.

Skills/Must Have

• 10+ years’ experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale or data centre networks.
• Strong expertise across BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, spine-leaf architectures, and multicast.
• Experience with high-performance switching platforms such as Arista, Cisco, NVIDIA/Cumulus, or SONiC.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, capacity planning, and large-scale infrastructure design.
• Experience using packet analysis tools such as Wireshark or tcpdump.
• Exposure to network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar technologies.
